Pre-contract Information Form

This form is provided under Article 5 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation to inform the Buyer before the contract is formed. The plan and billing you choose and the total price including VAT are shown on the checkout page with a summary of this form, which you accept before confirming the order. This is a courtesy translation; the Turkish version prevails.

2. Main features of the service

• ScalpIQ (clinic dashboard): consultation management, visual graft planning, pre-assessment, multilingual reports and CRM integration.
• ScalpIQ Care (patient app): post-op care plan, check-up photos, messaging and satisfaction tracking.
• ScalpIQ + ScalpIQ Care: both services together.

Each plan can be bought with three billing options:

• Monthly subscription: 1 month of use and the chosen number of credits per month. Hosting, updates and support included.
• Yearly subscription: 12 months of use at a discount to the monthly price; 12 months' credits are loaded at once. Hosting, updates and support included.
• One-time (lifetime licence): the software is delivered with source code and the Buyer uses it perpetually on its own server under its own name. Setup and handover support included.
• Credits: Subscriptions are credit-based. 1 ScalpIQ credit is 1 report and is used when the report is finalized; regenerating the same consultation's report uses no credit. 1 Care credit is one patient followed for 12 months in the Care app. Monthly plans load the chosen amount each month; yearly plans load 12 months' credits at once. Credits can only be used within their subscription term: unused credits expire at the end of the month on monthly plans and at the end of the 12 months on yearly plans, and do not carry over. Existing customers can buy top-up credit packs valid for 12 months; top-ups do not change the subscription term. Credits are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another clinic. The lifetime licence is unlimited and has no credits.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Access ends when the term you bought ends; you can extend it by buying a new term on the My account page. We email you 7 days before the end and when it ends.

3. Price

Plan prices are shown as US dollar (USD) or euro (EUR) list prices excluding VAT in the Plans section of https://scalpiq.app; you may also view their Turkish lira equivalent. Payment is always charged in Turkish lira: the TL amount is the list price multiplied by the CBRT (TCMB) daily selling rate at the time of order (the USD list price is used for TL display). The checkout page shows the list price, the rate used, the TL subtotal, 20% VAT and the total including VAT separately. The amount you pay is the total shown on the checkout page when you confirm the order. There are no shipping charges.

Prices are valid until you confirm the order on the checkout page. The price of a term already paid is never changed afterwards.

4. Payment

• Payment is taken by credit or debit card through PayTR with 3D Secure verification. The Seller never sees or stores card details.
• Where offered on the checkout page, you can also pay by bank transfer; the service then starts when the payment reaches the Seller's account.
• The full price is paid in advance at checkout. The Seller never charges your card for later terms automatically.
• An electronic invoice is issued with the details you provide at checkout and sent to your email.

5. Performance and delivery

• For subscriptions, the service starts when payment is approved. You track your subscription, remaining time and orders on the My account page with the account created at checkout. We contact you to set up the clinic dashboard.
• A new term bought while a subscription is active starts when the current term ends.
• Credits are added to the Buyer's ScalpIQ clinic account after payment is approved.
• For one-time purchases, source code and installation documents are delivered electronically within 30 days of payment approval.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly online or to intangible goods delivered instantly. Because access to ScalpIQ opens as soon as payment is approved, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal and fees are not refunded. When confirming the order, the Buyer separately confirms that it requests immediate performance and therefore loses the right of withdrawal.

ScalpIQ is sold to clinics and institutions for professional use; consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business buyers in any case. Refunds for errors on our side (such as duplicate charges or non-delivery) are described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Complaints

Send complaints to [email protected]. Consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. For business buyers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction.

8. Other

• Confirming the order forms the Distance Sales Agreement and the Terms of Use. The Seller keeps a record of the confirmation (date, time, IP address and text version) and emails an order summary to the Buyer.
• Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Notice and the Privacy and Security Policy.
